If you are a nurse inside Nursing Home or hospital please take your time to get to know affected individual / residents. No matter where you will not come from or that features trained, take time for the nursing tasks and allow their hand and tell them that you are their named nurse therefore you still care. No matter how stressed may and how long your day is remember you can look at home anytime but your patients/ residents probably would not. You're their lifeline purely all their nursing needs but also as a contact from the outside world. You are their root of all knowledge.
